Education, Work, and Other Experience
GRFP applicants provide education and work experience. Please note the following:
- List all degree-granting undergraduate and graduate institutions attending, including:
- Enrollment status
- Enrollment dates
- Degree conferred (if applicable)
- If you attend(ed) a joint Bachelor’s-Master’s program, enter the bachelor’s and master’s degrees on separate rows.
- Include an official or unofficial academic transcript for each degree-granting program attended
- All applicants must include a bachelor’s transcript as part of their application
- All applicants currently enrolled in graduate studies must include a graduate transcript for their current institution. If the institution does not provide an unofficial or official transcript prior to the completion of the first term, the applicant must submit a class schedule/enrollment verification form in place of a transcript.
- Second-year graduate students are strongly advised to submit an official transcript.
- Failure to submit the required transcript will result in the application being noncompliant.
